I had a really bad experience tonight at Hamrick's. My family and I walked into Hamrick's, I saw an item of interest immediately and picked it up. About 5 minutes after picking up the item, my daughter informed me she had to use the restroom. So, she and I walked to the back of the store (the left side and thought the dressing room was the restroom). I asked the store clerk where was the restroom was located and she pointed straight ahead. So I told her, "I am going to leave this item here and as soon as my daughter is finish using the restroom I will come back for it. Five minutes later, after my daughter used the restroom, we went back to collect the item, it was gone. I asked the same store store clerk in which I had informed of leaving the item...ma'am where is the item we was was coming back for? She laughed and said Oh we cant leave items out like that....and I asked her, so had I taken. The item in the restroom then what? She couldn't say nothing and never apologized. I was angry....I' will never shop in that store again. They are very prejudice and rude!!! Never judge a book by its cover lady! We was definitely ready to spend alot of money. This is not my first prejudice experience there.! Really bad customer service to paying customers. Do better...

I have not ever had a bad experience at Hamrick's until tonight. My friend was checking out with clothes for me for Christmas and one of the Ruby Rd shirts did not have a tag on it. All the shirts and pants were on the Ruby Rd rack for $17.00. We stood there over 15 minutes waiting for someone to check a price. There were 3 other shirs that the clerk had already rung up. The clerk could have cared less. The manager or whoever only announced he needed a price check. He made no effort to help. I finally told my friend to just forget it. Meanwhile people were waiting behind us. When we said forget it the clerk said ok and never appolgized. She was oblivious. Hamerick's has great merchandise and great prices but service needs to improve. My mom had a shop many years ago and went to Gafney every 3 months. We knew Mrs. Hamerick and she would be VERY disappointed in these...

I'm completely stoked to share my experience here! Not only are the prices for fixed/limited incomes, but their staff is so patient. If you haven't shopped here before now, there's a Rewards Card that you should apply for before hand. It only takes a few minutes and you'll be on your way to earning valuable points! This quilt set? $19 for three pieces, the bamboo pillows? $10.98 each and the queen sized sheet set. (1 flat, 1 fitted, 2 pillowcases), also $10.98! I Will be returning to purchase more! Mens (even Big & Tall-HELLO) , Women's, Children's, Pets...you cannot go wrong here. They are closed on...
