I do not recommend coming to this Taco Bell. You will be disrespected and ignored. This is a very poorly maintained staff and restaurant. The food was semi correct and cold. We dined in. We waited 10 minutes and no one said a word to us. We took the hint to use the kiosk and put our order in. At no point before the order was completed did a worker let us know that there were items in our order they didn't have (cinnamon twists). We found out from a couple ahead of us, who received nachos instead. We asked if it was possible to substitute the Cinnabon bites in their place. The worker had an attitude as we asked but said that was fine. We got our order, which we had put modifications on when ordered. The tacos were not correct. There were supposed to be 3 supreme tacos without cheese and tomatoes. One taco came supreme with cheese and the other two were just beef and cheese. I took them back up and explained they were wrong and how they should of been made. The lady that stepped up to re-address what was wrong told me that they were made to order and when I said that they weren't, she turned back to the kitchen and told another person to remake them. As she started to assemble another order while I stood at the counter to watch my food being made, she continued to talk about me just loud enough for me to hear but not make out the words. These workers all had attitude and were rude, did not want to do their jobs, and had not one ounce of respect for their customers. The restaurant was not clean either. We will not be back to this establishment. The only reason I gave it one star is because you cannot give half a star or less. I may not go back to Taco Bell at...
Read moreTaco Bell truly is bottom of the barrel in terms of customer service and food quality. This location in particular is a glaring example of that. I have received stale tortilla shells multiple times, making it clear that this a recurring issue. This has been an issue when ordering both white corn tortillas (Cantina chicken) and yellow corn tortillas (ground beef.) Apparently no one is checking to make sure these core ingredients are fresh.
The most concerning issue is that this is not a family friendly place.
In regard to customer service, I found out that deviant-minded employees engage in malicious gossip about customers who help keep them in business. One employee divulged that she and another employee gossiped about a loyal customer's living status. The male employee mistakenly typecasted the customer as homeless based on poor observation. For some reason the female employee thought it was a good idea to share this with the customer. Upon realizing that this customer is actually a homeowner who is self-employed, she asked if he wanted company and some "coochie." The general manager doesn't seem to care that behavior like this makes this location look bad. It doesn't appear that many of these employees take their jobs seriously and management seems unconcerned about ensuring high standards in regard to customer interaction. Definitely skip this location and go where your business is valued. A Chick Fil A and Chipotle are right across the street and a Panda Express is coming...
Read moreAbsolutely the rudest service I have ever experienced. The store lights were all on. The drive-through lights were on. I went to the drive-through window and no one answered. I drove around the store. There was a woman on the inside with a drive-through headset on her head. I went back around To the drive-through and waited a few more minutes. Then I called them. A woman answered the phone and I said are you open She said âweâre closedâ. I said why? She said âwhat do you mean why? I said well itâs 6 PM on a Wednesday evening. why are you closed? She said âwhat do you mean why are we closedâ. I said maâam, I donât know how I can reword that question to make you understand. Iâm just asking why youâre closed. She said âWeatherâ I said you didnât need to be rude about it. Mind you the roads are dry as a bone. No snow. No rain. She said âI wasnât rude. Youâre asking stupid questionsâ. I asked for her manager and she told me that she was the manager. Which is a very unfortunate thing. Asked her what her name was and she told me her name was âPrecious and get the last name right Davis when you call corporate.â There was no sign on the door. 2 cars in the parking lot. All the lights were on and she was walking around with a drive through head set on her head. By the time we ended the call she had turned the dining room lights off. So incredibly rude. There was no...
