I am loyal to this store since it was opened, today I had a bad experience, I was looking for a particular book, when I heard a woman yelling at the employees, I never expected to see a rude woman yelling, she noticed that I was watching her, then she came to me in aggressive way and asked me if I needed help, I answered no. finally, I got frustrated because I didn't find the item that I wanted, I went to check out to return a pillow, my receipt was a bit damaged but the code can still be read, the cashier told me she will call the manager, I said ok, suddenly a big surprise the manager was the horrible woman that was treating in a bad way all employees, I am not sure if her name is Mariel, as soon as she saw me, she started yelling that she can't take my pillow back,and also some items without prices, that I did want to buy, she intended to acused me that I ripped them off, that was unfair and humiliating, I can't understand how a big store like this, hired this kind of people with zero education, zero manners, there are many available educated youngsters without jobs, they would happy to do a great job. I'll never go back there and I'll tell this to my family...
