Kirkland's Home — Local services in Florence

I just left Kirklands in Florence. This is one of my favorite stores. I was out shopping for potential decor for my office. I was in the store 10 mins. When I walked in a young man greeted me from the back, I returned with a smile an hello. There was 3 people in the store. An older lady, a young girl and a young man. I walked around the entire store and no one approached me or offered assistance. I was not dressed my best today, due to being a Saturday and being leisure. But that shouldn’t stop amazing customer service! I have worked retain the majority of my life and I am dismayed by the lad I of customer service anywhere. Do better! If we do maybe we can keep some brick and mortar stores open. With that being said…...

Although the store computer claimed the store had 17 of this one particular item I was looking for, they didn't have any of the items in the store. This was after I had called and asked if the store actually had the item in stock!😡 Only to drive from Muscle Shoals to find out that OH! it was a computer error.🙄 The item there store computer claimed to have had 17 of was actually a discontinued item!🤦🏿‍♂️Complete waste of...

Had a100.00 gift card so I spent all but 18 cents there had some candles I forgot and when I called they said they were not there was ugle about it said I needed receipt but cleaned my purse out and acedently through it away but they could have look the gift card up I told them it was for 10.00 dollars they said no no receipt no candles so ugle about so won’t be shopping...
