Bought our first mattress from them in 2011. Needless to say we needed a new one this year. The shopping experience was high pressure, and not customer centered. Questioned about a mattress not on their floor litterally was called a moron if I liked that matress(we had hoped to lay on a purple mattress to see how it felt). I was 37 weeks 6days pregnant when we went to price our next mattress purchase and had my hopes set on an adjustable bed. Since pregnancy makes you feel like a stranded upside down turtle at times getting out of bed. Needless to say the salesman opperated every bed, squishing me, leading me from the front of the store, to the back. Laughed when I told him hed cause my water to break if he squished me any further. Our daughter kept having fits and the salesman seemed annoyed by it everytime. Couldnt get any of my family's names right (although we were the only ones in the store). Manager seemed nice and offered us a better deal everytime we said no to an offer. And tried to cut me out by talking straight to my husband, who fortunately doesnt make any decisions without my say so. Needless to say we ended up at mattress firm instead and had a very pleasant experience...

My husband and I went to Snuggie on Mall Road in Florence KY. We purchased 2 twin extra long mattresses. The next day my chiropractor suggested a sleep number bed. I drove to Snuggie to get my money back. The sales person talked me and my husband into keeping our original purchase. They promised us their mattress were cooling and good quality. Not even a week after having the mattresses deliver I myself could not sleep on the mattress. It hurt me in such a bad way on my lower back, and the bed was hot as hell. I went in the store to speak with the sales man, and he talked to me disrespectfully. I told him I would see him in 30 days after he told me I had to keep the mattress for that length of time. When I got home I looked at my recipe to realize I could not get my money back, but only exchange after 30 days. Snuggy's has a great selection and decent prices. They are willing to work with verifiable competition pricing. When I went there and it was the second time after going to many other mattress stores, and one of the other stores was one I visited twice as well. I was ready to order the mattress but was totally turned off by (I think was) the manager. The salesperson was great, helpful and knowledgeable. But whenever I was asking questions, the manager would constantly interject about why I should buy there. After leaving, my wife and I were turned off because we felt pressured instead of being made to feel we were going to get a good product at a good price.
