Moreno's Tortillas Shop — Local services in Florida City

I wish i could give this place 100 stars they are the very best They always have been since i was a toddler and always will be. Everyone in this town comes here faithfully every weekend. People come from other states to visit just to have their barbacoa which comes with fresh homemade tortillas salsa onions and cilantro all for $15 a pound which goes a very long way. They have a small convenience store inside as well with all kinds of stuff. Mexican products all authentic made by the same woman who opened it with her husband decades ago. They are in the same spot as always and its just a very tiny humble spot. The family is well known in town and very loved and respected. Thank You Morenos Tortillas Shop for filling my life with so many beautiful memories in just the few moments I was there I could remember so many visits with my great grandmother LALA and my siblings. The smell is still the same it just smells like home .. And they never forget a face She still remembered me and I hadnt been here in years. If your ever in town do not forget to add a quick stop here to your memories. I guarantee you will never forget their food their humble ways and the smell of fresh...

We accidentally found this gem by reading the Google review with the pictures of customers lining up to buy food. We stayed at the Fairfield hotel for three nights and bought food here for the family for four days. I have been to Mexico many times and love their food, and I can attest that Moreno’s food is as good as Mexican food gets. We tried tamales, mutton, cow cheeks and everything is fantastic. The tortillas are made from real corn which is perfect for my wife who is gluten intolerant. To top all of that, the price is very reasonable which is why we were buying everyday staying here. This is a family business run by real Mexican people and the lady (the daughter of the family) is really nice and friendly. We will miss this place going home and certainly will come back whenever we are back to...

Best place to buy candy from. Best place to buy any kind of item. Best place to buy cool stuff and the food was pretty good..... now my other personalities will take a shot at these reviews. this place smells like a farm.
