MASALA-MANDALA (Homemade Indian Food Truck, Served Street Style) — Local services in Florida City

FOR someone who had never experienced VERY HIGH quality food, and in this case INDIAN FOOD- this might be a good choice, as ,unfortunately, the food in America is absolutely terrible. I am a cook myself, and I happened to know how GOOD INDIAN food is supposed to taste. I cooked such food myself, I ate it in Mumbai and Delhi, as well in Europe and Dubai in best Indian restaurants. FOOD FROM THIS PLEASE IS FAR FROM BEING GOOD, plus it is overpriced insanely. They HEAVILY save m9ney on higher quality ingredients and spices. That is the fact! I have ordered TWO main dishes: Tanduri chicken. Korma chicken. 4 Roti ( Indian flat bread) And Kher ( sweet rice desert with almonds) PAID OVER $60 for those. To say I was DISAPPOINTED is to say NOTHING. It's hard to imagine NOT FLAVORFUL Indian dish, but it was exactly like that. ROTI was DRY and hard, tested like cardboard! Tabduri chicken had NOTHING to do with REAL Tanduri chicken! KORMA chicken was bland, uninteresting, with HUGE lack of spices and ingredients. I know that dish VERY WELL. I learned to cook it from one well known Indian chef in Moscow. This was not KORMA chicken! KHER is VERY rich and cooked with heavy cream and expensive spices. This was A JOKE. I couldn't eat none of these dishes. So. If you are not familiar with REAL GOOD FOOD, you will be alright with the dishes from this restaurant. If you ARE familiar, do not order. Money wasted. Time wasted. Tomorrow I will cook REAL KORMA and Tanduri chicken myself. Best...

We are thrilled to have a new cuisine option in the Homestead area and couldn’t be happier with our experience at Marsala-Madala!

My husband and I ordered the family pack, and it was definitely worth it. The variety of dishes was impressive, and the portions were more than generous – we had enough food for six hearty plates!

My favorite was the chicken korma, and the lamb samosa, both were absolutely delicious! For those who enjoy a bit of heat, I highly recommend ordering the side of spice. To elevate the flavor even further, try mixing the garlic chili chutney with the red chili chutney – it creates a spectacular, bold addition to the meal.

If you haven’t tried Marsala Madala yet, do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I had considered ordering over two weeks ago but kept putting my orders off. I finally did I believe a week ago and as early as yesterday evening. The customer service is exemplary-the manager called and informed my order was going to be a tad late; when the order was ready for delivery, I was informed. On the two occasions I ordered from this establishment, their standard of work and the taste of the dishes I ordered are without blemish. I am certain time, love and effort are put into the preparation of each dish. Jian is the name of the individual who kept me informed of my order. I very highly recommend.
