Ok so i just called, very nicely asked how i could order 20 cupcakes for a birthday.. the young women on the phone just said” i don’t know about cupcakes” i waited like oooook if you don’t know who will? She just repeated “i don’t know mam”. I mean honestly how bad of a customer service is that?! Well for sure I’m not gona be a customer.. she would also talk to other customer like i m not on the phone with her waiting.. had to end the conversation myself as she was quiet and I said” well i guess i m gona call somewhere else” she did not respond to that either. Best place in town to get fresh Mexican Bread and cookies! And doughnuts! Basically, any baked goods! The bread itself is light and fluffy, and the sugar topping isn't stiff or stale like other breads. The cookies are always out in a fun design or style and if you're lucky you'll even get some cookie monster doughnuts. A++ I prefer not to go anywhere else - but if I have to, the other place has a high bar to catch up...
