Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Florida City

This is one of the most terrible experiences anyone has ever had when ordering food. I was visiting the area and I went to order some food to this places. When I approached the window the girl who was getting the order was playing with another person inside of the places in step of doing her job. One person i believe was her manager told her about it to stop playing around , and at that time i make a comment to her. If i ever play like this in my work, they can fire me. The young girl reply to me in a very rude tone : They will not fire me ! At that moment she close the window and when straight to the back to get my order, She took a while getting the order for me. i was really worry about my food and as soon as I reach to the hotel I look at the food not noticing the burrito was burn until in the morning when my son make a comment to me : This food is nasty! I look at the burrito and I see how it was burned on purpose. I went to the place right away and the answering from the manager in the morning was very rude. This places need to get new people to manage this place. How terrible it is for any person come to a place like this and being treat like that. the young people needs to understanding that when you are in a work place you need to be responsible and respectful at all the time with your customer. Worst Taco Bell ... The order was all wrong . We got home and my husband called I guess they assumed my husband is latino cause after complaining to one of the employees . The manager gets on the phone and clearly in a laughing manners says Bueno. I got the phone and started talking to her I asked her how did she know he spoke spanish . She says she speaks both . I didn’t mind cause we are both puerto ricans and we speak Spanish . Both it was more her mocking that upset me . The food was real sloppy . He wanted a Gordita and they gave him a crunch wrap or something else not sure . But it wasn’t a Gordita . She told me with an attitude come back with the receipt . Please don’t waist your time and go there . Go to the one in homestead better service . Who ever gets on here and writes good reviews about any of the employees there are just lying for there friend. I love taco bell and this one is near my house so I frequent it a lot. Ive been to this location many many times and unfortunately 90% of the time I go something is messed up in my order. I had to stop getting complex tacos/burritos because the staff doesnt know how to read tickets and they mess up the instructions, they will put sour cream/tomato/beans on stuff i said i did not want it on. And as of late they have been forgetting some of my items too, just a few nights ago I had to drive back to the restaurant after a long shift because they forgot my drink. Just tonight (which is why im finally leaving this review - I am fed up) they forgot one of my tacos and my nachos had a weird taste to them. if you do not like working here find another job i dont understand why it is so hard for the employees to follow simple directions, read tickets properly, and not forget basic stuff. i really hope you guys turn this location around and start...
