Beware!! I had a horrible experience this weekend with my daughter’s phone! Basically took it in on Friday due to it freezing and they “fixed it” right before the store closed. It still was broken so took it back on Saturday and they said we will look at it and put it down as “warranty work”. I said not sure if it is “warranty work” if you didn’t fix it right less than 24 hours ago but ok. Called them right before they closed to see if they figured it out and they said yes but you will have to pick it up tomorrow. I called today and the person working didn’t know anything about it so I had to explain again and he said it will be ready in 15 min. I go to pick it up and they want to charge me additional money. I was never told or asked if I was ok with more charges and it was never fixed right the first time or under this “warranty”. So, I explained how this is a scam and after 3 trips to their store and 3 phone calls to them that somehow I was never made aware that they were going to charge me more money than I already paid. I was told they were going to have to keep the phone until they could “review film and phone calls” to see if what their employees did or did not say to me. What?!! I have never written a bad review for any place but this interaction was so wrong on so many levels that I had to make sure everyone is warned so it doesn’t...
Read moreI was so pleased that they were able to fix my phone and the price I paid was nominal compared to having to purchase a new phone, plus, they were quick! Great Job!!
REVISED:
Last weekend my husband visited CPR as we do with all technical issues. Unfortunately, my house has many. My daughter was having issues with her phone. He took it to CPR immediately. They claimed to fix it. My husband brought the phone home and my daughter again reported the same issues. When my husband took it back to CPR, they said, “Oh, the mother board is broken, we couldn’t fix it.” This conversation happened after they claimed it had been fixed and had been paid. Why didn’t tell him that initially that it could’t fix it? Why did they claim to have fixed it when they hadn’t? I’m very disappointed because this company was formerly reputable in my eyes.
REVISED REVISED
The owner of CPR called me personally. He assured me that all would be investigated. He did so resulting in this customer’s satisfaction. This company has many positive reviews, so my complaint was likely to have been swallowed in a sea of positives. However, to him, it meant something. He desired to make it right. Needless to say, I was impressed by his ethics and determination to protect the reputation of his company. Thank you...
Read moreCPR saved my phone's life. The poor thing was on its last legs: face shattered, its outer shell falling to pieces, face turning blue.. I didn't know what else to do, I rushed it to the cellmergency room. Their namesake is no joke: they did CPR right away and a cute little man (I'm blanking on his name) assured me in one of those 50's southern voices, "Don't worry, little lady, well have him fixed up in no time".
I was frantic, and cruel Time seemed to be taking advantage of me, flipping its switch to "Mollasses" mode. Fortunately, CPR had a delightful display of parodical infomercial boxes and some neat magazines to allow me to give Time a kick in the ass. In a short hour and a half, they brought my baby out in a miniature wheelchair looking brand new!!! I couldn't believe it. No scratches, no cracks, and that broken shell? I bought a new one for a cheap $30 and I've never felt more at ease that my Light in Shining Armour would be protected for.. well at least as long as Time would allow.
In all seriousness, though, great place. Drop it off, come back and pick it up and it's done. No need to worry and the staff is very cordial. Great place to get your...
