Be careful!
I love candles I have candles from everywhere I light candles every single day... I bought a few candles from World Market when they had a sale . I bought two of the small cute candles that were on sale for $3.99 I cleaned my house and was excited to light a new candle. I had it lit for about a 1/2 hour. I ran my daughter around the corner to her friends my husband was home i would never leave a candle lit and leave. My husband heard the fire alarm and ran to see what was going on our house was full of smoke he ran in the kitchen where we had the candle and there were flames he grabbed a bucket and filled it with water and put out the fire . When I came in our home was full of smoke and smelled horrible! When we looked to see WTH happened the candle I bought from world market burst the glass exploded! When the glass exploded it put wax all over and lit my beautiful table on fire and my floor thank god my husband acted fast and put the fire out or our house would of been gone... I don't know if this was a freak accident but I never would think in a million years that the glass from a candle would burst . I light candles all the time and this never ever has happened. I just want you to be aware Yes i called customer service and the store i bought it at and made them aware of it . I got a response from the World Market team . They told me they could give me a gift card for the price I paid for the candle or give me another candle!!!! Are you serious! Then blamed it on the store i bought it from ! I don't want money or anything but to make people aware that this happened with their World Market candle! I'm disgusted I have pictures, but I don't know how to upload...

Read moreExcellent Customer Service!!! I purchased the Zarek Office Chair on Saturday and discovered the cap to protect the gas lift was jammed into the seat hardware. This made the chair unusable. I called the store and spoke to Linn. She put another chair on hold for me. I went to the store on Monday and was immediately greeted and helped by Suzanne. She contacted Linn. Linn came up with the new chair and helped me by installing the new hardware on the chair and made sure the chair worked and that I was completely happy. Tyler also assisted with installing the wheels for us. Everyone was incredibly kind and thanked me for my patience.
