The golf cart itself was fine, but customer courtesy was highly lacking. The golf cart received a $25 parking ticket we were unaware of. We have NO problem paying the ticket at all - it was due to our error and we would have paid. HOWEVER, the golf cart company put an extra charge of over $50 with no explanation, notice, approval, or authorization. It is never okay to charge a customer without at least explaining what it is for and a break down of the price. I should not have to contact them to find out why I had an extra charge. I’d give 6 stars if I could! Will and Jill are hands-down the best folks on the entire island! Our golf cart really made the week entirely more enjoyable! I can’t say enough great things about the company and all the benefits of having a cart! We saw so much more of the island than we would have with a car, we saved a lot of time on our vacation because of a cart, and parking is WAY easier than driving a big car around.
