I had a fantastic shopping experience at the DXL Big + Tall store at the Folsom Outlets on March 24, 2025! 🛍️👏 I was looking for a few new shirts for some upcoming vacations, and Brian, the sales associate, went above and beyond to help me out. 😎✈️🌴

He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, taking the time to understand what I needed and offering great suggestions. 👕👍 Thanks to him, I left with three awesome shirts that fit great and will keep me looking sharp on the road! 💼🌞

Very friendly and professional. I was quickly greeted. I was asked if I was looking for something special. I said no just looking. I was then told about sales and the clearance rack. If I had any questions not to hesitate to ask. I quickly found 2 items. I was continuing to look and one of the gentlemen working came up to me and asked if I would like him to take my items to the counter so I didn't have to carry them around. The 2 gentlemen working were excellent representatives of your company!!! I hope they're working the next...

I have done business with Casual Male over twenty years at locations in multiple cities. While expensive they carry large and tall sizes difficult to find. Most are good stores with goof people. I have always enjoyed and come to expect very good customer service until today at the location in Folsom, CA. The manager(s) were unavailable and apparently left the store manned by a salesperson Ricky who was about as bad as it gets. I filed a complaint with the corporate office. I hope a better experience awaits everyone else...
