I’ve been to this location for many years and the customer service here has definitely gone down hill. Today when I went in I was able to find a few shirts that I wanted in a different size which was unavailable, the worker (who was also not wearing a mask during a pandemic) refused to help order the tops that I wanted online to ship to home. Even though I’ve done that many times before and was able to get the same service done at banana republic later that day. I asked nicely if he could help me identify it online so I could have my daughter order it for me and he even refused that. Overall highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. Not at all friendly staff. The girl who was working in the back had absolutely no sense how to treat customers. Didn't offer to provide any help. There were at least 5 people in staff in the store. Even though we were at cashier for 10 mins, no one came for help while the cashier was serving the previous customer. Finally that same girl came and again no greeting or anything like that.
