Bakery Bites — Restaurant in Folsom

I went into here on October 21st, looked around and ended up buying a package of chocolate chip cookies around 2pm. Afterwards I left and when I went to eat the cookies, guess what I found? Hair. Not just in one cookie, but in 3 cookies. Disgusted, I went back that night around 7pm. I waited over 15 min in line to get to the front counter, when I asked for the manager the cashier looked right at her and then back at me and lied to my face that she wasn't there. I remained calm and asked for a refund. He then lied to me again telling me that he gave me a refund and if I don't see it then call back in a couple days. I left the cookies there with him, but I made sure to take pictures ahead of time. Update: I went in again to ask for my refund since I still have not received it and initially he asked if he could give me cash back instead since I didn't receive it yet. I told him that was fine then all of a sudden he told me that I have to wait another day before he can do that. Update: After coming back to this establishment for the third time, I was finally able to get a refund with no issues.

This place has absolutely terrible customer service and their food is contaminated with hair as well as being stale. (A coworker of mine got carrot cake...

My daughter's sweet 16 party was organized in the bay area, but my daughter was adamant to get the cake only and only from Bakery Bites. Yoga is the person who helped us from order to pick up. When I told him we were taking to bay area, he checked with the bakers and got back to me that the cake will survive the 2 hours drive and it did! He wanted to make sure that their quality is not compromised. They didn't want to simply charge me and the cake not making it to the bay area. All our guests, as soon as they took the first bite, asked us where the cake was from because they have never tasted such a YUMMY cake. Some took second serving of the cake and a lot of our guests even took some home with them. They all were surprised that the cake was eggless, yet there was no compromise in flavor or texture. The star of the party was not just my daughter, but also Bakery Bites Rasmalai flavor cake! It was worth it to take it to the bay area and brag about it and made us feel so proud of Bakery Bites! Thanks to the bakers / chef and customer service 🙏

An accidental find, small place with great taste .Was in Folsom for Christmas shopping n honestly never explored food around in the area, but this time we were driving in a small strip mall to avoid heavy rain and that’s how we ended up seeing this small place so crowded which caught our eye n made us try. Food was very Telugu touch n authentic and transported us to memories back home; the service as well was timely. Luckily we got a table for our family n ordered Paneer Puff - 4/5, Aloo bonda -4/5 , Chole Bathure - 5/5, Samosa Chat - 4/5 , filter coffee - 4/5 n Black Forest Pastry -5/5 ( this was unlike the cakes we get here less sugary, pure magic in taste ).They have a pretty long menu with chats, sandwiches, Dosas, Biryanis,Indo-Chinese, so surely a reason to visit again. Thanks to this crew for their good tasty food n wishing them many more years of success. Side note : There’s also an Indian grocery store next to this we could shop after eating , they had some good...
