Subject: Review for Employees Deanna and Aki
My experience with Deanna was absolutely unacceptable and left me shocked. I came in simply to return an item, and instead of being helped, I was completely ignored. Deanna didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t offer any assistance, and showed a clear attitude of disrespect. What made it even worse was the way she looked at me and treated me—as if I didn’t belong there. I strongly believe her behavior was influenced by my religion, and that kind of discrimination is disgusting, unprofessional, and inexcusable.
Deanna’s conduct was rude, cold, and dismissive from the moment I approached her. No customer deserves to be treated like that under any circumstances. If she can’t treat people with basic human decency and fairness, she should not be in a customer service role at all.
On the other hand, associate Aki was everything Deanna was not—respectful, friendly, and professional. Aki greeted us warmly, helped without hesitation, and treated us like valued customers. I am grateful for his kindness and want management to know that while Deanna made the experience miserable, Aki helped restore a bit of trust in your staff.
I hope this review leads to real accountability. Disrespect—especially if it stems from religious bias—should never...
Read moreDuring my visit to Sacramento, I stopped by the Coach store but couldn't find what I was looking for. My friend suggested we check out the outlet, and I agreed. The salesperson there was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and helping me decide on a backpack. However, when I approached the cashier, the experience took a turn. The cashier was unexpectedly rude, insisting I get back in line despite my being in the correct spot. The person behind me even stepped forward to confirm this, but the cashier remained dismissive. I chose not to escalate the situation and asked him to proceed with my purchase, yet he reiterated his stance about the line.
Later, the store manager reached out to apologize, explaining that the cashier was only temporarily filling in and wouldn't be a regular employee at that location. Despite her apology, the encounter left me feeling disheartened, and I decided to return the backpack to a local store in my city. The incident made me feel singled out, possibly due to my Hispanic heritage, and I've resolved not to return...
Read moreHorrible experience! Walked in and the front door associates just looked at me from head to toe im guessing to see if I looked like if I had money to shop there. Went to the mens section and there was another associtaes just looking at me like if I was going to steal something (im brown skin). Associates just go up to you and bug you if they see you well dressed or think you can afford to buy from there and if not they just ignore you and dont even greet you or help you and just stare at you like if your going to steal. Corporate or the owner of coach should have some sort of class/classes that teach how to greet and treat customers and not judge or assume things because of what kind of clothes people wear when they go shop there or the COLOR of the...
