My husband and I stopped by and got a slice of pizza and made cheese and supreme(whole pie large) to go. We loved it. While I can't say it’s authentic New York-style pizza, it was very tasty. A bit on the pricey side tho. My husband, being a huge pizza lover, was eager to go back and try again. So, we decided to dine in this time. We ordered the baked ziti, meatball spaghetti, and a large pizza with half Margherita and half cheese. One thing I’d like to point out is that the menu states both pasta dishes come with salad and garlic bread(included). However, we were charged $1.04 for each salad. It would be more transparent if the menu mentioned that the salad costs an additional $1.04 instead of implying it’s included. Overall experience was great. The service was super friendly, and the pizza was delicious. As for the baked ziti and meatball spaghetti, they were good, but nothing about them stood out enough to make us want to order them again. However' we’re still looking forward to trying their...
Read moreBest pizza in Folsom if you're looking for NY-style. We order from here regularly, and last time we got 2 mediums, pepperoni/margherita and veggie/combo. The three of us finished both pizzas in under an hour (and there was no alcohol involved).
The pepperoni was perfect, especially the cheese - something about the cheese on this pie was different than the others. The only complaint I have is that the pepperoni could have been distributed better between the slices.
The margherita was yummy, with more basil than one often gets (I still would have like more though). For a true NYC style, I would add big clumps of mozzarella, but it still hit the spot.
The combo was great, especially the sausage. I can't think of a time I've had better sausage on a pizza.
Overall, I very much enjoyed the pizza we ordered (I ate 7 slices that night if that says anything).
I was worried due to the recent change of ownership but the quality certainly held up to my...
Read moreTo start off this would have been a 3 or 4 star review solely based on the fact that when I called the first two times the phone went to a dial tone and only on the third attempt did I get through. Also When I went to pick the pizza up they were 10 minutes until closing but all signs were off and the store looked closed. However as we approached the door the gentleman inside who I assume is the owner ran up to hold the door for us and happily welcomed us in. From there on the customer service was great but most importantly the pizza was by far one of the best we've ever had. The toppings were fresh and the cheese and crust were amazing. My fiancé and I definately will be returning and would happily recommend them...
