The two associates on duty this afternoon could benefit from additional training in customer service. Upon entering the boutique with my mother and finding ourselves the only customers present, they appeared engrossed in personal conversation at the counter, failing to acknowledge our arrival with even a brief greeting or eye contact. Throughout our visit, as we explored the back and middle displays, they remained absorbed in their discussion, making no effort to offer assistance or engage with us. Despite being the sole patrons for approximately 10 minutes, we received no recognition from either associate.
When additional customers entered the store, one associate managed a single "welcome in" greeting, but thereafter both associates resumed their conversation without attending to the six other customers present. This lack of proactive assistance continued as they ignored the possible needs of incoming customers, instead focusing on their personal discussion at the counter. This experience left me disheartened, as I considered leaving to shop at Coach, despite having already selected several bags online. The store has multiple sales, multiple selections, but doesn't have all available colors offered online, but despite that fact, if you're a lady and love shopping for purses and accessories you will definitely be excited with your options, and even if they don't have what you wanted in store, you will probably end up walking out with something.

Read moreI had to return a purchase made three month ago due to defective buttons. The call I placed in to make sure it would be covered was met with friendliness and information needed. When I arrived the ladies working greeted me and were quick to help; the manager even shocked at the broken button. However, not even a skip in her step she handed me a new wallet with kindness and my exchange was effortless. I would like to also note the honesty of the store as I left something in the wallet of value, I believe her to be the manager, came quickly after me to rerun this.
