Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates — Local services in Folsom

Finally got the chance to check out Ginger Elizabeth for a sweet little coffee-and-dessert outing with some family and friends and it did not disappoint!

Now, I know most folks come here for the chocolate (and hey, no judgment), but this visit was all about the coffee and ice cream. The kids went straight for the ice cream, while I treated myself to the affogato and WOW. That chocolate base? Incredible. The macaron on top? Chef’s kiss. Once I stirred it all together, it definitely became more of a dessert drink than a coffee, but honestly, I wasn’t mad about it. It was decadent, sweet, and totally hit the spot.

The kids were in heaven with their hot chocolate and vanilla macaron ice cream, zero complaints, only happy sugar highs.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, fast, and on top of it. Nice clean location with ample seating.

It was my first time here but I heard lots of good things about Ginger Elizabeth and it didn't disappoint! Me & kiddo arrived around 5pm and was greeted warmly. The space is super cute, bright, and spacious.

swirl soft serve with cookie crumble topping: delicious soft serve that was super creamy yet just enough sweetness. We preferred the chocolate because it tasted so good! The cookie crumble topping was super good and crunchy. We love the mini macaron shells too! They had crunchy shells and were chewy inside. apple crumble macaron: good! It has cinnamon flavor that is perfect for fall season. The sweetness level is perfect and the apple center is good. peanut butter graham cracker chocolate: the peanut butter flavor was very tasty. The graham cracker bits gave crunchy texture to the chocolate.

I have visited the downtown location but not the Folsom. I finally had the opportunity!

I opted for the new fall collection box.

By goodneessss gracious! Not only did the chocolates have a perfect scheen but the snap too.

Each chocolate is a whole experience. Close your eyes and you are transported to a flavor story.
