Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Folsom

Closing early for inventory night? Worst idea ever. Thanks Nordstroms. Knocked on the window to be ignored by girls standing at the front door. I knocked loudly on the window to call for a manager. She came out but was not helpful. I thought you taught your employees better than that Nordstroms. I needed two pair of pants and knew exactly what I wanted. Could have walked in and taken less than five minutes of your time. There were 70 employees in the store after all as the manager let me know. Poor management here lately. Get it fixed. Super disappointed to have this store closed at 7:30 on a Monday night. Guess I’ll take my hundreds of dollars I wanted to spend to...Target? Also, I’ll be returning the other few hundred dollars worth of stuff I purchased recently back as soon as you reopen from inventory duties. FRUSTRATING. I leave at 5 am for a business trip. You’ve let me down...

This is an off-price department store (they buy large volumes of branded goods for cheaper, typically over-produced, excess). Pretty large selection of items, just don't expect them to be organized like a full priced retail store. Had trouble finding basic women fit t-shirts here. Overall pretty good selection of items for a fun and worthwhile shopping experience.

This Nordstrom Rack in Folsom is one of my least favorite Nordstrom Rack stores in the Sacramento area.

The store looks perfect outside and is pretty big inside. But it has fewer name brand items than the other Nordstrom Rack stores in the area. Sometimes, they have it mixed with the other items even if they have a few of the good name brands in stock. Some Nordstrom Rack stores have a whole rack just for the designer brands.

The store is clean but a little disorganized. Especially the kid's department! I like the area. I like the shopping center. I will still come to check them out when I'm...
