Reposting this review: Please read this review thoroughly—both the store management and anyone planning to shop at the Folsom or Roseville locations. Today, my grandmother and I visited the Roseville location, and this experience pushed me to write this review. Let me start by saying I’ve had issues with this store in 2021. Didn't go back till today and hilariously its still the same. Back then, during the rice shortage, I bought rice and realized the price charged was higher than the price displayed. I let it go at the time, thinking it was a one-time issue. However, after today, I will never be shop at either the Roseville or Folsom locations again. I rarely write reviews—only when an experience is exceptionally good or extremely bad. Unfortunately, this is the latter. What happened today is beyond frustrating; it's downright unethical. My grandmother, who lives on Social Security and is in her mid-80s, bought valor papdi from a box that had a different price tag underneath it—$2.99 for snake gourd. Please do tell management, how is an elderly woman supposed to notice that or even realize the price tag belongs to something else? After I brought this to the attention of an employee, he corrected it and moved the box. I want to be clear: this is not the employee’s fault, but a failure of management. It’s careless at best and deceitful at worst. Sadly, this isn’t just a Roseville issue—the Folsom location is no better. I’ve experienced the same misleading pricing practices there as well. I even let that slide because I was buying items for the Indian temple next door. But at this point, it's a pattern. Scamming and misleading elderly customers, or anyone for that matter, is unacceptable. This isn’t just bad service or business it’s straight up exploitation. PSA from my grandmother: By scamming people this is how you have established 4 stores your 4 stores and the wealth you’ve made won’t last long. Karma still exists. I am attaching pictures for reference. **This was the last straw. I will not be returning—**not even if it were the last store on Earth.

I just went for spices, they have probably everything you're looking for, shelves are mostly well organized although a few prices are misplaced from the actual item on shelf. Produce seemed mostly fairly fresh, although I did not look thoroughly. Cashier was nice and helpful, distinguishing kashmiri red chili powder from regular. Very nice clean looking store compared to most small asian/indian markets (Debit, credit, no ebt). Also prices were pretty reasonable.

This place was good earlier but for the last two times I have bad experience on food quality. There were two expired items that I had to return. This week it was Shasta dosa batter. 10 days before the item was suppose to expire it has fungus all over it when we opened it. Pics attached

Had very bad experience. I bought atta from this stores which is not good I tried two little quantities. When I tried to return it , the guy at the counter is very rude and staring at me like that he is going to hit me. Even her wife saying that atta is half of the bag. When I asked them to weight it she shut her mouth. Atta is just like a rava. You can get a bad product one out of 100. They must appreciate when someone complains about something. Which benefits others and also for the stores. Instead store owner very arrogant and rude. I usually never write reviews. If I don't like product I throw it instead of returning it. But wanted to tell store owner this laxmi atta not good. Good luck with this stores. I never gonna shop this...

I have been a regular customer to this store. Recently I experienced a bad customer service from one lady who was handling my online request (Dated Dec 15). There was some items unavailable from my order and I did not want any replacements. This resulted in a bill lesser than 25$ and they voided free delivery. I believe the mistake was on their end for not being able to update the inventory and did not even have courtesy to send in my order since mistake was on their end. Also she just cut the call without a thankyou or sorry when I asked her to...
