Almost every time me & my family comes into this establishment, we leave feeling bad for even coming here. At least one of their employees has an attitude. Last time, I took my young brother here & a black lady that was working the shift was mad because he didn’t know how to order. It was his first time in a Subway ever. This time, I sent someone here to get a custom order & the employee was irritated because the last thing on the list of my order was bacon, which he had to toast by itself since he already toasted the sandwich… which was the employee’s fault anyways because my person specifically said NOT to toast my order in the beginning.
No customer should feel like a burden. My brother felt bad & never came back. My person has anxiety & overthought the situation. It’s not our fault your employees are having a bad day.
On top of all this, this place needs security. There’s someone always harassing me when I walk inside. Someone threatened me for pocket change the last time I came in here. I can only imagine how your employees feel.
The employees might have less of an attitude if they weren’t understaffed, so I’ll give them that at least.

The other time I was very hungry because I came from making some appointments, I went through this subway and I already imagined eating it between myself and I received a woman with a very bad attitude. She looked at me badly just because I don't speak much English and she pretended that she didn't understand me and she asked me 3 times what kind of meat I wanted and I answered that chicken the last time she yelled at me is that I don't listen to you and I had better come out from there. I'm not going to order food, I'm going to pay for it and I'm being nice, I'm not going to eat something that they serve me reluctantly because it could hurt me. They must hire people who are friendly and cordial with their customers. Food is an important time of day where you relax. It is not fair that someone with a bad attitude...
Read moreToday I visited this location and I can't believe how slow the service was. There was only one employee, which is odd, and it took me 10-15 minutes to get out of there. 10-15 minutes and there was only 1 customer in front of me. She ordered two foot longs and wanted them lightly toasted but that should not have taken 10-15 mins. Plus, there were only two gentlemen in the lobby/eating area that never approached the counter so nobody was distracting him. Time was probably closer to the 15 side but I don't want to exaggerate and be as accurate as possible. I have never seen the service this bad. It was bad the time before, but really bad this time. There were two employees that I used to see all the time. A guy and a lady and the service was outstanding when they were there. Not sure what happened. Hope things get better at...
