Kohl's — Local services in Forney

I've been to this Kohl's quite a few times. I typically go between 9:00am and 12pm. Not much traffic in store, so shopping is easy It is usually stocked up pretty well. I rarely would find empty racks, every shelf/rack contained some kind of product Sometimes the cleanliness needs some work, primarily in the kids and clearance sections. I understand working retail, since I'm currently doing that, so I understand these cant be organized 24/7. Prices might be a little high, but that's purely my own opinion, does NOT affect the rating of the store VERY nice bathrooms for both men, women, and handicapped/famlies. Almost always clean in the mornings and stocked full.

Overall, I highly reccommend checking the place out before H.E.B, Target, and Costco...

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at the Sephora within this store. The associates lingered by me but offered no help. I felt as if I was being racially profiled. This is not my usual experience at this location but it is when there are two particular employees working. One is a taller hispanic woman and a skinner white woman. Luckily there was another associate there named Destiny who was a dream. She was beyond helpful and she is the only reason I made a purchase. Her customer service was so good that I wanted to recruit her for my own customer service team, as I am a retail manager myself. I hope the other two employees find work elsewhere as they are not a good representation of...

Absolutely great experience at this location. Have not seen another Sephora so nice and awesome Customer Service the girls there take the time to listen to your questions as well as very helpful. As you enter you geet greeted and made feel welcoming. Also they stay asking you if you need any help or have any questions. Everything just looks so nice. Will be my favorite store. Have gone to several throughout the metroplex but this one is awesome. Did some shopping on the Kohl's they do have a variety of things as well everything looks so good throughout the entire store every employee is very nice. Can't wait to go back. I had to let family and friends know about my experience...
