Do not sell your stuff to these people!!!! They severely lowball on any item you bring them even when you get store credit it is less than half what I can get in-store credit if I go to Ukiah to this local called Game Garage, It’s a guy that runs a store out of his garage but he Has super reasonable prices on his stuff and gives you 75% Item value in store credit. Gateway you’ll be lucky if you get 20-25% Value store credit and not only that trust me when I say go online to buy your games have patience And order them off-line you will always 100% get them not just cheaper but usually a lot cheaper. Get games rips off Gives you barely any credit and then they want you to turn around and use that store credit on their overpriced everything. Do not go here I have been to the Wilits and ukiah one many many times And I cannot stress enough How much of a rip off these people are. I’ve met the owner quite a few times in the stores and he is super rude and unpleasant and Don’t think about asking if they have a game while you’re there because they’re just gonna tell you to look on the shelf even though they have labels that you Have to get close to to be able to have fun searching through every Single game they have what you want because they’re not...
Read moregateway games is amazing! the store is located inside an indoor mini shopping center, and we just happened to wander in after breakfast. The shop is big and well organized, with an amazing selection of video games, especially retro games. There are also new plushies, posters, and toys for sale. The real treasure at gateway games though are the people :) I didn't catch everyone's names, but everyone who works at gateway games is truly so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. We had such a good time looking at the old games and talking about Pokemon that my husband ended up buying a box of cards for me as a present for my birthday. what surprised me more is that John, one of the employees, also gifted me something and wished me a happy birthday. I was so surprised and moved, I will never forget your gesture of kindness. Thank you John!! 🥹you are amazing!! This was our first visit to Fort Bragg but it definitely won't be our last! Fort Bragg is a special place with extra special people, and if you like games and other nerdy things, don't miss out on this store :')
(Ps. I did not get the mew but I had such a great time opening my cards that I'm battling the itch...

My son bought a beginner computer from them in October and was told he could upgrade as needed and that smart tech could do it. 9 months later when we take it in to upgrade the tell us that we might as well just buy a new computer because it's going to be so expensive to upgrade....we decided to take it to smart tech in ukiah and cut out the middle man in fort bragg. Darwin is great, tells us that we don't need everything they said in FB, but it's still going to be $500. They order the parts and tell us it should be here in 2-3 weeks and it the part can be installed in FB. 3 weeks go by and I call. The part is in and has been sent to FB. I call FB and they don't have it. They call me back 2 hrs later and say it's there, come pick it up. I explained you are supposed to install it. They tell me they will have to call me back. It's been 2 days and no word. Smart tech is trying to get to bottom of it but I'm not going to shop...
