Wonderful 1st experience at MacDaddy! My old iPhone 5 fell into seawater and I thought it was done for. Greta welcomed me in an authentic way, and Taylor was exceptionally gifted, bringing my otherwise reliable little phone back to life. He was warm and friendly, and 45 minutes later, with 2 new parts and attentive labor, I went on my way feeling completely satisfied with efficient & friendly customer service, a positive result of that service, and a very reasonable bill. While I waited in their shop, I observed a number of other customers come & go, with all manner of PC and iPad issues, who were also treated well, and seemed satisfied. They fixed my laptop for a very reasonable price. I told taylor what was wrong and he told me to bring it in and they would fix it. Only took 1 day and my laptop was ready. When i picked it up he told me what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Went as far as printing out a picture of the aftermarket ram card i put in so i could order another one because part of my problem was mismatched ram cards. Even wrapped my charger up all nice and neat when he gave it back to me and also looks like he might have wiped down my laptop too. Sometimes its the small details that matter most. Just moved to Fort Bragg armed with my new iPhone 8+. Largely self taught but no instructions I needed answers. From the old fashioned phone book I found MacDaddy. Went and met Taylor Dutra which proved to be a stroke of good fortune. I cannot speak highly enough about the personal and individual attention I received. Taylor is a young entrepreneur who deserves to get ahead.
