Armory FoCo — Local services in Fort Collins

Very intimate venue with fantastic acoustics. It’s a real treat to hear good musicians at the Armory Event Center. They could have done a much better job with the seating design if the floor was a little sloped or to stager the chairs might help. As it is now it is almost impossible to see the musician unless you sit in the very front or if you are tall. The building is beautiful and the artwork on the walls is worth seeing. The amazing part: great acoustics with national acts and reasonable prices. Very reasonable prices for drinks and snacks though choices are limited. The less than amazing part: the first floor used to be tables and was amazing. Those tables have now been been replaced by rows of chairs in non-stadium arrangement which houses more people but isn't our taste. If the first floor had been able to remain tables this would be more than a five star review. Still a phenomenal resource...

I've been to a lot of different concert venues, and this is one of my all time favorites. Every seat has great views and great sound. Chairs are comfortable, lighting is good. Performances are intimate and you can really see what is happening on stage. Drinks are reasonably priced, plus free cups and bottles for water. Parking is easy and cheap in the nearby parking garages. I am glad Fort Collins has a venue like this and it is one of my favorite parts...
