Purchased this console table out of HW Home Cherry Creek location in Denver. Peter was our sales person and went way above expectations in sales effort. Tracked the storage location of the specific table we wanted and made the process super easy and got our table delivered in 3 days. Delivery of console table was top notch. English was first language of both delivery guys and easily understood directions and location of install. Definitely much better than other furniture delivery companies. Absolutely use again.

Went in looking for accessories for a client. In the past I was allowed to check out accessories and return what wasn't purchased. This time I was told I had to return for a store credit which I agreed to do since I was just grabbing a few things. When I came back a few days later to return one of the items I was told I couldn't return anything. I gave some pushback and ultimately got the credit. This store has been a headache to work with and other than when Trista worked there, it has felt like nobody wants to help or do any business. I've been in a few times where nobody even spoke to me. As a designer, it's frustrating to not be able to forge a better relationship with a local furniture store just...

Amazing!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the whole HW Home team deserves it! My husband and I bought a sofa and two end tables (two separate occasions). We could not be happier with our pieces! Beautiful quality! Don helped us with our purchase in the store and organized the delivery. And the delivery went seamlessly, those guys are so good at their job and are carefully protecting the furniture. They brought the sofa in our apartment, put it in place, added the felt pads under the legs and even brought a gift - a beautiful candle!!! I was floored, the HW Home service left me speechless. We are super happy with everything and would highly recommend HW Home to everyone....

Just moved to Northern Colorado. Got lucky. The First place we went shopping for furniture for our new home was HW Home! Met by the friendliest people, Don & Olivia both at the Fort Collins store were very helpful and went out of there way to help us with our selection. They represent 130 lines and very nice ones at that! We love our piece and it adds a lot to our home!

Then as you may know the white glove delivery was just as good! Benjamin & Martin were very conscientious and careful bringing it into the house. Couldn't ask for better service!!

It's been a great experience all the way around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
