My husband and I went into the fort gratiot store on February 20th to look at their sectionals. We found one we really liked do we put down a down payment. Our sales lady told us she would be ordering the couch that day so that when we came back in to fiish paying for it, the couch Would be here and ready to be delivered. We went back to the fort gratiot store on March 1st to finish paying for the couch. The sales lady said she would now order it after she had told us before she was going to order it so it would be ready for delivery when we came back in. Today, March 8th, our sectional got delivered. And one of the pieces is the wrong one. So the sales lady ordered it wrong. Now we have to wait another 10 days for our correct sectional because apparently they only get a truck every 10 days. I called the fort gratiot store to talk to a manager to see if they could do something to make up for the wrong couch being ordered and for it not being ordered when we were told it would be. The manager told me that there's nothing he can do, that they are making it right by getting the correct one. That is wrong. I have worked retail for 10 years and you are suppose to make the customer happy. They could've done something for us. Give us a small discount or something. But no, they flat out said there's nothing they can do. I like the sectional I ordered and once I get the correct one I will not be dealing with Ben's...

He graciously thanked my husband for his military service and offered a discount. Dustin also answered my many questions, and answered my texts personally, throughout the waiting process. He was always so polite and very patient. We ordered an Amish bedroom set that gets built only after a specific order has been placed. The quality surpassed my expectations. You could smell the freshness of the wood as it got delivered today. I would also like to thank the warehouse manager and his crew that delivered everything to our home. We ordered a second bedroom set that was placed in a bedroom downstairs. They were so careful and extremely polite, making sure we were happy with the assembly of the furniture too. Read morePoor customer service. Spent over 4k on our leather sectional couch and paid extra for an 10yr extended warranty. When we looked it over at the store we found a few rips in the leather, not noticeable unless you pull it apart or pull it away from the wall. The saleswoman told us once it gets delivered all we have to do is call and they would get it fixed for us since we bought the warranty. After it was delivered we waited a little bit to call the store. But in the meantime the recliner started messing up. We got into a phone tag situation when finally Pete and I talked he came out and said he would get back with us on the rips and would order a new recliner mechanism. Once again phone tag. He said something was messed up with the warranty place and that he would have his guy come fix the leather. Finally the leather guy came out and did a good job with the rips but never heard back from Pete about the recliner mechanism and now both recliners...
