Wow … I walked in, I’m casually dressed, but I’ve got all of my accessories on points. I match. I’m quite presentable if I do say so myself. Three older women sitting at the desk no one said hello to me. I’m walking around. I’m looking at merchandise, I even complimented the store and no one acknowledged that I had even spoken…. A few minutes later, some woman walks in all three of the Employees come crowding around her awning all over her, walked past me still didn’t acknowledge me. It’s a pretty crap business model to ignore people who look like perhaps they won’t spend $200 on a sweater. Well, they got that wrong.!!! I just had a real life “pretty woman” Experience and I am not dressed anywhere near like Julia Roberts character in the movie, lol. Steer clear of here. I had the best experience shopping at Deborah James in Fort Lauderdale! My girlfriend and I walked in, and the staff made it such a welcoming and fun experience. A big shout-out to Lana, Lizz, and Ilene for all their help—Lana and Lizz assisted me in finding the perfect shirt for myself, and my girlfriend was absolutely thrilled with everything she found. It felt like they had exactly what we were looking for, and the customer service was top-notch! We’ll definitely be back....
