Hey, I know many people were very disappointed last night at the fact you had to buy a painting to meet Rick Allen. Your website and flyers say nothing about that! False advertising. It said Rick Allen would be live in person, not hiding behind a curtain. Very very disappointed after we drove almost 5 hours from Tampa to just meet him. Not everyone can afford thousands of dollars as I’m 19! Many people left and said you wasted their time! Maybe on the website you can say you have to buy a painting to meet him? Staff is not the friendliest and just bug you every few minutes to buy something. Drove up 4 1/2 hours to see and meet Rick Allen. As the posters advertised DID NOT say ANYTHING about needing to buy a piece of art to even meet him. FALSE FALSE FALSE ADVERTISING. Very upset with how the staff ran everything. At least 25 people stood in a line for 2 hours and you would think the staff would tell us that waiting in line is for absolutely nothing. What a waste of time !!! Would give 0 stars...

So terribly rude and unprofessional!
