While this location is new, the team had such a wealth of experience that I truly benefited from. Karina, who has worked at the brand for 9 years, hand-selected every dress for me to try on based on what I thought I might like and my reactions to each selection. This made for such a relaxing and enjoyable experience for me. She truly is magic because she pulled a dress for me that I wouldn’t have initially pictured myself in, and when I put it on, I had the moment where I just knew this was it! WOW! Where do I even begin?! First and foremost, thank you to Karina and the staff for making my dress experience one to never forget! I was so nervous going in (specially because it was my first time dress shopping and I was running late) but they were so understanding and welcoming that I just felt comfortable very quickly. The gowns here are GORGEOUS and at a reasonable price compared to most bridal boutiques, which I love. Karina was super attentive, patient, friendly, and caring. She listened to all of my likes and dislikes in each gown and eventually pulled out what to me seemed like the Rolls Royce of dresses, a dress that I wouldn’t have envisioned myself wearing initially. Amazing experience! I tried a try at home service before going to Lily's Bridal. Through that I figured out my size, I told Karina my size and we walked through the proper section. She showed me each dress in my size and explained each one. We picked about 5 to 6 dresses to try on. She picked the order the first dress I tried on was amazingly stunning. Trying on the rest nothing lived up to that first one. I tried it back on, put on a veil and immediately knew I had my dress. I was not expecting to choose the first dress I tried on from the fist store in my hunt for a dress, but that was exactly what happened.
