My Experience with this store was horrible!!!!!!!!!

They are the most unprofessional sales team anywhere I ever come across & lairs..... & I have ever dealt with.

I purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture and every piece was damage or repaired and passed off as new !

Almost every piece was someway damaged or repaired and they tried to hide this fact from me ... most of the products are knock offs and have all have been ...lets say factory rejects for one reason or another....

my fake Barcelona chair lasted one year before fully falling apart and the straps ripping like paper ... tried to replace it or fix it there's no one in USA who knows how to do this or fix it... this store wouldn't fix it or even acknowledge that it was a faulty chair?....

Over priced and very rude staff total lairs and all cover up for one another for the mistakes of the owner and the sales staff ... go some where else to buy your modern mid century knock off or Italian furniture NOT HERE trust...

After a year of research to find a comfortable recliner following a spinal surgery, I visited Concepto Modern Living to try the Ekornes Stressless furniture. I will admit that I am very picky and deliberate with personal decisions, and will not tolerate pushy salespeople. At the Concepto store, James Walters accommodated these needs perfectly. He answered about a million questions, but patiently left me alone to test about 15 different Stressless styles at my leisure. Concepto Modern Living located in Ft. Lauderdale is a fabulous place to shop when looking for ultra modern contemporary Italian furniture. Concepto specializes in truly Avante Garde and unique items. They have very great chairs, tables, rugs and unique tables. I have always been impressed with the level of customer service from the staff.
