Artistic Embroidery — Local services in Fort Mill

I was excited to support a small, local business in my own neighborhood and initially had a great experience. Kelly worked with me to match my brand colors, and the embroidered items turned out fantastic. Unfortunately, the printed items were a very different story.

On two separate orders, my brand colors were completely wrong. After the first print, Kelly and I worked together to find another color that would be consistent with my branding (and match what had been embroidered). The reprint was spot on.

When I recently placed another order (for the same prints/ shirts) they got the color wrong again. Instead of taking accountability, Kelly became defensive and dismissive. She continually interrupted me, refused to listen, and insisted the problem was just “color variation,” even though the prints were inconsistent between runs of the same order.

When I went back to address the issue, she had already processed a refund and abruptly refused to do any further business with me—without even reviewing the flawed work. This shows a lack of professionalism, quality control, and care for customers.

Consistent branding is a basic expectation for any business, and Kelly’s refusal to stand behind her work makes it clear she does not value professionalism or accountability. I would strongly caution others against working with...
