If it would allow me ZERO stars i would have chosen that. We will no longer be doing business with this shop. After years of purchasing Pandora beads for my grandmother (when they carried them) and thousands of dollars spent here. We recently brought my grandmothers heirloom piece in for repair here and upon receiving the price for the repair, my 90 year old grandmother wanted to call and see what the process of the repair would be. The response that she received was less than acceptable. "Just tell her to come get it, she's not going to be happy with it anyways" to which she responds that she wants to have the work done, she just wanted to know a bit about the process. To which they told her no to just come and get it. She was in tears at this point because she just wants to be able to wear this special piece again. This is a piece that has been in our family for over 100 years. And I'm not upset that they couldn't work on it, because that explanation would have been alot kinder than the one she received. But to act so blatantly rude over questions that are ACCEPTABLE to ask is just atrocious. To be clear, I used to manage the Kay Jewelers right down the road, and the repair department at that. I understand that repairs for an heirloom piece can be costly. Therefore IF a customer calls and wants a breakdown of the cost and the process, they are more than welcome to do that! NO IF, AND, OR BUT ABOUT IT. If they want to call and ask any questions regarding any work that will be done on their piece, they should feel more than welcome to. Without fear of being spoken to in such a manner.

Most recently me and my brother purchased a mother's ring for our mom with 2 names and a bible verse engraved in it. The payment plan options are flexible and affordable. The staff were delightful every time I called to make a payment. The original size we requested was incorrect and they resized and adjusted the engraving on the ring for free, since this was our fault and not their's I completely expected to pay for this. The staff are always super helpful, friendly and happy to suggest styles and alterations to improve the overall look and quality of the jewelry.
Every experience I have with this business has been wonderful and always exceeds my expectations. They truly value customer thoughts and opinions and are understanding and sympathetic to external situations. They recently changed locations and their new building is BEAUTIFUL.
If you are ever in the market for jewelry I would recommend visiting Lisa's for impeccable services, costs, customer service, and a friendly environment.

Read moreI would put zero stars if I could! Lisa’s Gold and Diamonds has completely taken advantage of me and my fiancé. We are getting married in two weeks, and another diamond fell out of my 2 year old white gold engagement ring that we had bought from Lisa’s Gold and Diamonds. This is not the first time that has happened. After getting the ring looked at they said it has been “chewed on and abused”. We would have to pay $450 to replace all the prongs on the damaged side. Obviously this was not true so we decided to get someone else to look at the ring. They said that when replacing the previous diamonds Lisa's over heated the metal, and had grinned the prongs down to an unfixable level. We called the store back where the so called owner, actually a store manager named Zach, unprofessionally yelled and degraded my fiancé and my mother. Stating “he wish people would take responsibility” “ he is the owner” “they have no responsibility to make things right” and “ it is all our faults and every one of us are liars”. I have never cried so hard or been so humiliated in my life. Beyond the worst customer service I have ever had. The lady we first talked to, Babs, was absolutely amazing and super sweet.
