Almost all their preowned games arent worth the price usually barely even a few dollars off full price. Sometimes you find a bargain but rarely. I remember being able to go and buy multiple preowned games for the price of one or two new games. Games are cheaper and more convenient to download then what they want in store. And the price they ask for preowned equipment Is ridiculous, might as well spend the extra 10 or 15 and buy brand new. Or ebay way more economical than here. Staff was friendly and helpful only reason why I gave 2 stars. I'm not really surprised that they are planning on closing stores this year. I wont be returning I can find way better...

There was a guy working named Daniel ASL, and he cursed and called me names. When I called customer service, he told me to get out and he called the police on me and gave out all my information. He was saying it was his store he runs it and even told me to step outside so we “can take care of it” Seems like he was having a mental breakdown. I won’t be returning there until he’s gone. I used to love gamestop. The employees in store are great people and very helpful. The company itself...there is no point in their loyalty points. I have been" loyal" to gamestop since early 2000s. They are not "loyal" anymore. They had no problem deleting my 54000 points we have saved and bought a lot items. Because they changed a policy I had not known. When emailed, they told me they wouldn't help me and I lost my rewards. It is hard explaining this to my autistic son. Just don't. Buy somewhere else or be prepared to be...
