Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Great drinks, friendly staff if wouldn't have been out of alternative milks then would have been 5 stars UPDATE AVOID THE CLIFFORD LOCATION THEY DONT CARE. I went back on Friday morning before 8 a slim girl named Kay was in the line taking orders there were 2 cars ahead in the next lane and 1 ahead of me in the 2nd lane. Instead of taking their orders and jumping over to the 2nd lane another car pulled up and she took their order next.. I'd already been waiting 8 minutes so I told her that the car in front of me and I were both waiting before that car had driven up she said she'd be over in a minute and took their order. She had an attitude when asked if they had alternative milks in and when I clearly gave my order she repeated it back with oatmilk instead of coconut milk. I corrected and said no coconut milk she repeated it and never changed it in their system. I didn't get a receipt, it wasn't offered so I didn't know, but thought it tasted different. I got sick Friday morning and developed a rash inside my mouth. I haven't had Dutch Bros for several days which is out of the norm for me, but this experience was awful. So when this place 1st opened they were spot on and smooth service even on busy days. Loved them ever since. Used to be 5* its going down hill. Drinks are good but damn not worth the wait.

Now service has gone down hill don't even bother with the 2nd line your Just going to get stuck in the line cuz there's no courtesy with other drivers and the employees never come out to take orders ( they used to) I decided to order from the window. I waited 15mins just to see that my order somehow got lost. She handled me quickly soon after but how does my order get lost when I ordered in person at the counter/paid.

This place has become a chore to order from always takes 30+mins to get through the line then your drinks could take even longer, they should just close the 2nd line makes things more frustrating. Stick to online orders or if you got time to wait.

The employees and service is nice but the speed and how things are handled. Sucks not sure whos managing now but its gotten bad there's been a few times I've seen a new person making drinks alone while the others are chilling... Im sympethitic because I know it gets busy but...

I am leaving this 2 star review with great regret. Originally, a few months ago, when this location first opened, it was extremely busy and the workers handled the orders well and the Establishment as a whole was very expeditious. Now, every single time we come and order in the mornings the drive thru line is backed up and completely wrapped around the building. Occasionally it's difficult to even get in line because it causes a traffic jam with the entrance to Clifford. Even if you opt-in to order at the walk-up window like we do you will still wait a minimum of 25 minutes even for a basic order. It is very frustrating and it has caused us to be late to church on Sunday mornings multiple times.

I love Dutch Bros coffee and their wide variety and quality of drinks compared to Starbucks but we simply can no longer frequent this establishment.
