Horrible customer service. I went in for a suit and yes I am a girl, they had no interest in answering any of my questions or even helping me at all. I was looking to maybe do the buy one get one free on the expensive suits that are like 800. But I wanted to buy a suit not rent one.
(I understand suits are like 500 dollars and that you guys have an array of brands, styles, and everything.)
I asked the dude who was the closest when my girl and I walked in about where your suits were for buying and I maybe wanted to see some of the tuxes bc I was looking for prom and was actually looking to spend my money. Not only did he bring me to section for the suits you rent he was extremely annoyed with every question I asked and then just disappeared from the floor while I was still actively asking him questions.
For example because I am a female I have a chest area, I tried asking him if he knew of some styles with buttons higher up because this would maybe help some of the gaping it was giving me. Instead he looked at me and said âif the button is higher up itâs not gonna align with the hole and itâs going to look crookedâ (this wasnât the question I asked) but this very close minded man. Was really annoyed with me from the start.
After I was just standing in the one section I tried on a few different suit jackets the different styles fit different one maybe fit my top area but I didnât like the shoulders (I know I am a 36 S or maybe a 38 S if the style is slim and in pants a 32 x 30 )
Right before I left I looked up and over by the fitting room was a boy who walked in after me getting fitted and sized with the attention on two people and there were workers in another section who were just conversing I stood in my rent section for another minute or so looking up trying to get the attention of someone before I left. Even when I left there was no âhave a good oneâ none of that not when I walked in or out.
I work in retail myself it is required that we greet the customer and say goodbye, we are required to give them our name and ask for theirs and if a customer has to come up to you and ask you for something we get in trouble. I wouldnât expect anything less in a store where people spend 100s if dollars
In no way am I a snarky person or someone who is hard to deal with. But I was completely unsatisfied with how I was...
Read morePretty disappointing experience here when my fiancé and I visited on Friday to ask some questions (such as did we need to make an appointment to try on formal options), browse the store selection, and get his measurements. I gave two stars instead of one because we left with a better idea of my fiancé's suit size.
Walked in to no greeting. As we entered, a young lady marched up to the desk in a huff and when we greeted her instead, her response was merely a glare. I'm not a fan of spending money where manners and good service are absent but we proceeded through the store and toward the back where it seemed everyone was.
Every employee we saw couldn't be bothered to say hello, we'll be right with you, how can we help, are you looking for anything in particular.... Nothing!
At this point, we just wanted to get his measurements done in order to make a few online purchases and we'd just visit other stores as well. I approached one woman to say hello and ask if he could get measured. She was not pleasant at all and said someone would help us and hold on as she was doing something. She passed us several more times and never addressed us again. After several minutes of standing at the back register waiting on anyone to help us and employees just looking at us in passing, I approached another woman wearing glasses. I asked for the manager and let her know nobody seemed keen on helping us or even addressing us. She was pleasant enough and said something to one of the male floor employees. He came over, no greeting either, and asked some questions when we said we just wanted to get my fiancé measured because he said sizes depended on different variables such as cuts, which is understandable. He had my fiancé quickly try on two jackets and a pair of pants and told us the sizes of the selections. We had questions about tailoring services for other pieces purchased elsewhere and that we were happy to set an appointment to look at more pieces there if they were too busy then. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and rushed. It seems a friendly face/attitude or smile doesn't exist here. Beyond unwelcoming.
We want to enjoy a positive, helpful shopping experience for his wedding outfit so we will be trying other stores. If we look at Men's Wearhouse again, it will definitely not be...
Read moreI took our 16 year old son to the Mens Wearhouse location at S Hulen Street in Fort Worth to look for a basic suit and some jackets. We were helped by a lady named Sandra and she was AMAZING. From start to finish, she was so helpful and made the entire experience shopping at Mens Wearhouse actually fun. She listened to what he was after and then started her hunt throughout the store to find us what he was looking for. There was much laughter to be had as she helped us. And when all was said and done, we left with three suit jackets, pants, shirt, belt, tie, shoes and socks. She found us all things that were in the price range we were looking for as well as the style our son was looking for. Sandra was honestly amazing and I just have to say her customer service was the best customer service I have experienced at a company in a long long time. She made the shopping experience enjoyable and we havenât laughed so much in a long time!) and made me want to come back to her when we are looking for some more clothing for any of the males in our family. So if you are in the Fort Worth area, go to the Mens Wearhouse on S Hulen Street and ask for Sandra. Our son even liked what she helped pick out so much that he literally left the store wearing one of the suit jackets. ;-) Sandra was literally awesome and Im so glad she was working when we came in this past week! (And to whoever hired Sandra... I think you should give her a raise! She...
