BUT WAIT, CHRIS WAS THERE, SO SHOULD WE START SUEING EMPLOYEES, INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE DOING, TREATING US THIS WAY WHEN ALL WE ATE DOING IS GIVING THEM OUR MONEY TO BE TREATED...

The guy behind the counter needs a huge attitude adjustment or at least a class on customer service. He very rudely told me that "this isn't throw parts at it till it starts". First off it already starts I am working on another issue and second I thought an auto parts store was there to sell you auto parts and if you buy a part and it doesn't fix the issue you brought the part back and moved on to the next issue so I started on the least expensive part and was going to move my way up but I will not be moving my way up with advanced auto parts store ever again I will spend my money at auto zone. I will also be telling all my friends to not spend...

Seriously do not give advanced auto parts your business. Save yourself time, effort, and, money. Go across the street to more green irish competitor and save yourself a headache. I bought expensive bulbs here and didn't even install them after I got them. I ended up fixing the problem that was circuit related. Because the package was opened they refused to accept a return let alone give me store credit. After talking to other auto parts stores, they all would have accepted the return.
