I had the worst experience with the sales person who happened to also be a manager. I bought two brand new phones top-of-the-line everything most expensive service. I was up sold on two Apple watches, which I didn’t even want, but was told that they would be free as long as I signed up for a monthly service with them, but that I would be able to cancel the monthly service anytime. Of course I agreed because it was supposed to be free. When I went to go in and cancel the monthly service a couple months later they told me that I was not able to cancel the service or I would be charge the full amount for the watches and on top of that I was being charged for the watches anyways they only gave me a small discount. I have come into the store multiple times trying to talk to the manager who is never available over the course of the year I came into this store and other AT&T stores as well as called in and nobody has been able to help me out. Because of reaching their so called limit on taking cash in. What a sorry excuse! THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE. This so called manager be the name of Jerad when asked who is G.M. is. His excuse was that he was on vacation. Didn't even offer to hand out his business card or take down my information so that this on going issue may be resolved. He just completely blew me off and went on to the next customer when I wasn't even done with him. So please do address this with JERAD! Unprofessional and not acceptable customer service! Read moreEither they’re incompetent or flat out liars! Youre better off going online and speaking with an agent if youre looking to do ANYTHING! We went in to add a line and phone for my daughter. We were told it would only increase our bill $5/month for installments AND the line of service. My husband was due for an upgrade, and they had a promo for a phone PLUS watch, less than $10/mo. So he went for it! We were told our bill would be around $210/month, everything included. Got a crazy email from at&t with showing our bill in the 400-600 range! Got on the chat line and they said to ignore THAT, but that our bill would actually be 300 or so. We were specifically told around 210 while we were in store- we asked REPEATEDLY!!!!!!! The chat agent told us that the original quote did not include insurance, which we were not asked or advised about, and a few other tweaks to the plan. The agent managed to work with me to lower it to the 210 amount, and we will be returning the watch/cancelling service. Buyer beware, they will do what they have to do to make the sale!!!!
