Smoker Friendly — Local services in Fountain

Great store, good selection, fair prices. I go here regularly for kratom and disposable vaporizers. The staff are always polite and helpful, and buying things from their store is a quick and easy process. Yesterday, I was also given a free sample of a kratom concentrate, and signed up for their loyalty program. The concentrated capsules have decent potency, and I could definitely feel the effects a bit better and faster. This might actually help me save money and use the normal capsules less, so I'm happy about that. For someone with chronic pain, efficiency is a big factor, so only needing 1 capsule of the concentrate and maybe a small booster later, is very helpful.

I've also tried some of the kratom shots. All honesty - they taste pretty dang bad lol, but they work very well, so that's okay! But you definitely need something else to drink with them, the taste by itself is pretty harsh. The only thing I'd like to see added to their inventory one day, are the White Diamond kratom shots I tried in California - they were the only ones that didn't taste completely awful, and I'm not sure how much I'd trust online sellers.

But overall I'd highly recommend this store for a good kratom selection, good vapes, and great staff. They're also open pretty early in comparison to most places, which I also appreciate - as it gives me time to get what I need before getting my day started.

Edit/Addition - When I bought a GeekBar vape from there for the first time, the woman working behind the counter told me if I had any issues with it, I could bring it back. I'm not certain who the other reviewers were dealing with, but my customer service experience here has always been great. If anything, it seems they take issues/criticisms seriously, so if you had a less than stellar experience here once before, I'd think it's worth it to consider giving them a second chance. So far, I've been happy every time I've come here, and I come here quite regularly.

Also - I've never seen/experienced employees smoking inside the store??? From my experience that never happens and I've never smelled cigarette or cigar...

I was waiting for them to answer. Then an Employee of Smokers friendly was waking by with inventory being transferred to the new store. He stopped and listened to my frustrated voice. For the day had not been good for me. He then nodded his head and hoped that all would be good later on in the night. Then I replied. "All I wanted was to smoke a cigar....and this happened once again.". He nodded and pushed the trolly into the new store. Then suddenly as I entered my car. He came out and handed me a cigar and said. " don't let the frustrations today bother you.. it will work out.... here you go." He handed me a cigar, smiled and shook my hand. He then turned and headed back into the store. These people in that store live up to their name.......

I was drawn to this place for its proximity and reviews. I bought two products and at the time didn’t receive a receipt because the woman behind the counter said the products were mine once I left the building. The batter I bought was only a backup and I hadn’t needed it for another week or so. Charged right up but didn’t work. I brought it back, told them I still had the packaging, but it was obviously unused. The man behind the counter took the battery, confirmed it was unused and also it wasn’t working. Didn’t even want my $$ back, just one that worked. I left my number to contact either way, I’d just like to know what came about. Nothing, I’d go elsewhere. If you do have an issue, chances are...
