Called before hand to hold a product told them my name and the product i wanted to hold they said they had a ton of them and that they would put it on hold i said great! And said that I was leaving to pick it up from salt lake city and that id be there in about 26 min we get there i grab a few other products go to check out and somehow my product i had asked for them to set back was not set back everyone started running around trying to find it rightfully i was frustrated but tried to be understanding as i used to work at sephora and understand everyone was super nice except for a lady who was blonde problaby in late 40s early 50s and im assuming was the manager AWFUL customer service didn't say much and when my boyfriend tried to explain the situation and what was said over the phone she talked over him and in a very aggressive tone said "I KNOW WE ARE TRYING TO FIND IT" I have never had a bad experience at ulta until now def wont be coming back but like I stated previously everyone else was really sweet and helpful I suggest we learn to set aside product and adjust tone and calm down situations that will cause more frustration and learn to rectify situations that are in no way the...

I've never been to Alta but the staff member I asked for help from rolled her eye when I asked for something more affordable and promptly left after pointing at half of the foundation options when I asked what shades would work for me, I didn't see another staff member until check out and was so lost on what would work. When I went to check out much later, I asked the lady there if what I picked was correct she said yes, but couldn't help confirm the match. THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT COLOR AT ALL, and the tonal shades are so different they can't blend together. Ones way too pale and the other is really yellow. I should have just gone to Walmart for better prices for the same products and untrained staff that would have been more helpful picking out the right shade. Read moreI visited ULTA at Junction Commons in Park City, UT on 01/05/25 at 3:00pm to return an online purchase. The cashier assisting me needed approval for the refund amount and summoned a manger. While waiting for the manager, I asked the cashier why the refund amount doesn’t match the purchase price and she said because the items are on sale now. What??? When the manager arrived, I inquired why I was receiving less than what I paid to which she couldn’t provide a valid explanation. The manager then stated she cannot change the price on the register to reimburse me the correct amount. How is a manager not capable of overriding the system when it’s wrong?
