Smoke N Thingz — Local services in Four Corners States

Went in and bought a new seahorse vape for my mother. She can't use a rig because bad hands. Was talked into this piece. Told it would be great. Got home. Set it up for her. It wouldn't produce much smoke. Even with it at Maxx power and taking a huge drag. Tip wouldn't seem to get hot enough for a hit. Brought it back to ask if we were using it wrong. He asked if it was broke. I said no. It turns on but not seeming to work. He said he has no clue and didn't seem to care. I continue to ask about it. Even saying I can step outside and shop him it not working so I didn't smoke in store. He again said no. I asked if it was possible the coil was bad. He said. No it turns on.... I told him a computer can turn on and still be broke. He told me he can't do anything. He knows nothing about it. And I was basically on my own. I asked for another coil. He did let me have one. Didn't have to pay for that coil. But still no help. And pen doesn't work. So $40 down the drain. Maybe I got the wrong worker. But I'll go to the other shops. I'd give 0 stars...

Where to begin? Ok, they have THE best vape selection in the area and will price match any local shops price should they not be better.The Sunday vape special is hands down, SUPREME. AS If that wasn't enough, the selection of paraphernalia is huge, like seriously. This isn't Phoenix and I wouldn't expect such a comprehensive inventory of branded goods yet here, it is. Then there's Tim. What can I say? He's awesome! Always friendly, always knowledgeable, He's even willing to go out of his way to help a fellow heading locate those hard to find pieces. It's my choice for smokin' things and I tell everyone that. Dang, did I just do it again?...

They have a huge selection and all kinds of unique items. The biggest thing though is their incredible customer service. Every time I’m in there they’re always happy to help and on my last visit I drove away and thought there might have been a mistake so I called the store back and Aubrea was so nice and patient with me.
