We have used this company on 4 occasions and have never been disappointed. On one of our orders, we wanted caps to commentate our grandson leaving to join the Navy. We talked with Dylan telling him what we wanted on the cap and he emailed a very nice design the next day. We placed the order for the caps over two weeks before our grandson was to leave, or so we thought. The day we put the order in, he received a call to report in 4 days. Dylan was extremely helpful in getting the order processed quickly and rushed the caps to us. They arrived the day before he left. Again, today we made an order.
