I have traveled the nation and have been to around 20 different dispensaries in 5 states, so believe me when i tell you, i know the way an experienced budtender should behave. If you are coming up from Phoenix, go to a dispensary there; there are plenty of fine dispensaries down in the valley. Nirvana in Prescott Valley is not one of the aforementioned, "nice dispensaries" The daily deals have really gone downhill and it's not worth it anymore. Their budtenders don't seem to be properly trained, it could be because they are used to a high turnover, so why bother? but i'm not privy to their hiring and staffing situation. In regards to their daily deals, they seem to be undertrained and don't know what they are. I expect problems each time i now go in. I need to prompt them to know what their deals are and when they don't know i need to point it out. They will outright say they will not give deals to me or reinterpret deals that I ask about until I point it out on the deal sheet....that is printed for them daily....and next to every register. When they are asked about terpine profiles, which is something any beginning bud tender should be trained, they look at you like you have corn growing out your ears. One time i even asked about a product that is made by nirvana, i asked them about allergy information and the actual answer i got is, "well, it doesn't say it on the package so it must not be in there, but i don't know" To reiterate, this is on a product that's made by Nirvana. Needless to say, i am less than impressed with this dispensary and i cannot wait until Jars opens and we have some variety in Prescott Valley. Also, donāt believe the positive reviews you see, Nirvana gives out free joints for a review on Google and since the reviews are not anonymous, nobody is going to come in and say they want a free joint for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think Alex figured out that my online order did not go thru. I'm guessing it was user error. I was pretty upset because I waited 2 hours before calling, too late for any new order, again due to user error. He said he would call me back but couldn't make any promises because I waited so long to call. Alex, I think that was his name I can't remember but I will update, called me back fast with fantastic news.. the order will happen!! I added something else and Alex said he'd throw in a pre roll and have the driver call me when he was on his way with the new total. The driver was calling my old number so when he arrived with the total I was short and wasn't able to tip him. I felt horrible he was beyond cool about it. Both of them were super cool! I'd be beyond appreciative to have employees with such exceptional customer service skills..... I didn't find out the budtenders name however Alex is the driver that ultimately sealed my fate... Thank you Alex you just got Nirvana a...
