We had such a wonderful experience getting our 6-year-old daughter's ears pierced with Viola. Our daughter is usually pretty nervous in new situations and typically has a low pain tolerance, so we weren’t sure how it would go — but Viola was incredible from start to finish.

She took her time walking through every step of the process in a calm, reassuring way that made our daughter feel safe and comfortable. Viola explained everything clearly — not just the piercing itself, but also the cleanliness and aftercare expectations. She patiently answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed.

Everything was spotless and professional, and Viola truly tailored the experience to a young child. What could have been a scary moment turned into something fun, positive, and empowering — all thanks to her.

Sam is amazing! This is my favorite tattoo shop from now until forever! My daughter needed a cover up of a stick and poke she had done herself. Hers is the Kokopelli and it turned out fantastic! It was her first tattoo, and she had lots of anxiety. Sam was so sweet and gentle with her. He explained the whole process as he was doing it and not a tear was shed! Came to the shop to have a special piercing with my older sister. This was also deeply sacred and ceremonial for myself (nasal septum piercing). I shared this with Sam and he created the container and held space for this experience. His authentic and genuine presence as an artist of the craft and the care he provides made for a beautiful and memorable experience.
