Antelope Lanes — Local services in Prescott Valley

I hate writing bad reviews. I always try to give places a second chance if I have a bad experience. I also do not over react when things aren't perfect. But this place has had some of the worst customer service I've ever seen, and I've been there 3 times now, and tonight was the last time. The staff has been flat out rude every time. This happened tonight, my sister's birthday:

1. They had an attitude when the pins stopped working and they had to walk down and fix it. I'm not sure how this was our fault.

2. They close at 11pm. At 9:45pm my party of nine was told if we weren't done by close, he would have to shut the game down.

3. He changed the radio station from something our whole party was clearly enjoying to something heavy and obnoxious.

4. When we were still having a good time, he turned it up to a slightly uncomfortable setting.

5. He turned it up a second time to an almost unbearable setting. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could barely hear our family talk.

Overall we felt rushed to leave during business hours, like we were an inconvenience. Mind you, none of us were drinking. Completely inexcusable...

Great place to bowl with fair prices for games and friendly staff, I love going here. The new renovations have made a lot of improvements; however, there are a couple suggestions that if corrected would bring my rating up to 5 stars. 1.) There needs to be somewhere on their website where they can list whether or not the bowling alley has been rented out for an event on a certain day. After looking up hours on their website, I showed up on a Saturday to find that the entire place was booked for an event until 10pm. A simple notice on the front page of the site that reads "The bowling alley has been rented out this Saturday for a party" with the listed hours would have been really easy to accomplish and would have saved me and my family a big headache. 2.) Why are you charging for refills on fountain drinks? We all know that the cost on soda dispensed from a fountain is around 10 cents per cup, if even that much. It should be a courtesy to your customers when they're already spending $5+...

The bowling alley is a nice place staff the newer stuff is really nice except for the head head manager can be very rude.My son was in the special Olympics for years then went to one of the regular bowling leagues and on Wednesday night he's really had fun and everything.but in the last 6 months he has enjoyed it as much because whatever staff is taking care of the dlanes ofoing their job so it's affecting how he falls along with the lavas other bowlers the lanes are not being oil consistency they're dry one week another week they're over oily the machines aren't always working properly.there's excuses of why the lanes are being oiled like they are that the machine's not working right that the machine's broke He's talking about now wanting to leave the league because he's not having fun like he was and I just think that the it can be corrected if people would just listen to when people ask on it instead of...
