LOVE THIS CUTE LITTLE MEXICAN CAFE! Was in the area needing some much needed brunch and found this little hidden jem.(If your new you won't notice it immediately unless you search it on maps but locals know well to look in the more hidden areas near main roads to find places like this that aren't big franchises like IHOP which I usually don't prefer anyways this place is much better as you'll see. It wasn't very busy and highly recommend more customers give places like this it's well-deserved recognition and more traffic.) FOOD:DELICOUS perfect Mexican style. I had the chilaquiles con huevos very yummy. COFFEE:GREAT had the latte. Loved all the options for flavors and the options for substitute for dairy which most breakfast houses don't have either of, similar to getting different flavors from Starbucks. Loved the atmosphere as well can see in pictures it is big enough to sit in and felt very cozy.☕🍳🥯🌮🥞😋👍👍
The servers were very friendly they got along with all the regular customers I saw them with but I had a great chat with them as well as a new customer. All servers spoke English but the lady that is the owner of this cafe also was helping serve and she speaks both her native tongue Spanish and very well could speak English with all the American customers. My Mexican family that knows good Mexican food by heart loved chatting with the owner about Mexico and how great her food was with it being very authentic Mexican recipes she learned from her parents(like the menudo which we loved and is a high compliment since from experience menudo is the hardest dish to get right especially in a restaurant atmosphere as a quote from my family"this is only the second of two places ever to get menudo right we never like ordering this from other...
Read moreOne stars; one for the great service, and for the delicious ice water. Won’t be back for the food (dinner) but maybe for coffee.
Answer to Owners reply: I didn’t want to have to say this, but yes.
1- Ordered a chimichanga and received a pancake thin tortilla half deep fried with 2-3 tablespoons of meat. 2- Ordered a cheese enchilada and received a tortilla wrapped and rolled with a sprinkle of cheese on top and a bland tomato sauce. (When serving a CHEESE enchilada, the cheese is the highlight not the vessel (tortilla). 3- Ordered the carne asada nachos and the chips were store bought and the dish lacking all flavors. Quite a mess on the plate. 4- Ordered a carne asada quesadilla that had no flavor to the meat, and not pan fried, rather nuked in the microwave.
From the time our order was placed, we heard nothing but instructions from your 15yo employee to the cook on how to make above listed items.
5- The microwave never stopped running from order placement to being served. The rice and beans have no flavor. 6- This is not authentic Mexican food, at best it is food truck white guy texmex.
Lastly, if your kitchen is limited in its potential, don’t misguide potential guests/diners with over promised results. The...

A local acquaintance told me to come here and I'm glad I did! Wow!
Spacious, cozy, with a sofa and plush chairs, and soft-cushioned topped high- and low-seated chairs for whatever your seating preference.
Nestled in an industrial and warehousing area off a main road (State Route 69), I'm amazed that anyone knows that this cafe exists at all. But wow! People know it's here and they come flocking!
With a fair variety of drinks to serve, freshly made, they also have some really well made food here, too - also all freshly made. With a name like "Carlito's" the food here is partly of Mexican influence and it's good stuff! I had a posole soup with a salad and it was absolute yumz!
With a fair patronage attendance, it's also not too crowded. So with free wi-fi, electrical socket plug-ins, and great beverages, this definitely makes the grade as a "cafe office" away from home!
I'll be back here for sure several...
