Arizona Gems & Minerals Inc — Local services in Four Corners States

I have been shopping at Arizona Gems and Minerals for many years. It is a hidden gem in this community. Yes, the store is small and they have a lot of inventory, so if you need help finding something, you can always ask. They have a lot more than what is out on display. I always know and trust that I am getting high quality items for the best price. Their knowledge of crystals, rocks, and how to do things is SO HELPFUL!! I have learned a lot from these guys! They are always light hearted and joking around, and I have always enjoyed coming into the store because I always leave smiling. When I look at other stores in town, those prices are typically 3 times higher than what AZ Gems charges~ especially for crystals. AZ Gems has kept their prices steady over the years and they have always been more than fair and honest, including fair and honest with those who come in to trade items they would like to sell, like geodes or gems, for example. I think they are a wonderful and honorable people who are truly there to help others in their creations and to teach them new things as well I was just in there the other day when a lady had overpaid in cash and they ran out to her car to give her the excess money she handed them. How often do you see a business do that?? I refuse to shop anywhere else for my beads (jewelry supplies) and crystals. AZ Gems hasn't been in business for over 50 years with a loyal customer base for no reason!! They love what they do and they love their customers as friends, and I am so blessed to have found this little store!! It's magical and I just wanted to say THANK YOU to them for being there for this community in all the ways you guys have been, above and beyond!! I HIGHLY and WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND AZ GEMS...

They had a great collection for sure but, the man that was in there was rude as hell. Disrespectful and childish. I asked him if he had something he goes "idk, did you try looking for it" and then hes rude the whole time to everyone who walks in, until they go to the register, then hes all nice with them and joking about the payments. The total was a little high so we put some things back and he goes "ughhh....OH my god...you're gonna pay with a credit card anyway just get all of it" and rolls his eyes at me. Drops some of my stuff starts cussing. So I'm definitely not going back. Idk how they are in business with this attitude. I get you own the place, but yall should really work on your...

This store is so cluttered and unorganized with box's on top of boxes. It was impossible to find most of the things I was looking for the three times I went there. No signs to help you find things. The last time I went to look for bead crimps and a few other findings. The young guy working there didn't know where they were so I went to Hobby Lobby and orderded the rest of my supplies on line. The prices are extremely high. I found some of the exact same items on Amazon for much less. Its a shame because I want to support local businesses and avoid online shopping...
