I have bought from the store a few times. I recently received an email telling me that they were offering an additional twenty percent off for Labor Day weekend. In the past, I have bought. Three large bags for the price of thirty dollars per bag. The last time I was there, the person told me it would be an additional twenty percent off that price. This time around, the girl at the front counter informed me that the in store price was $35 with a 20% discount. I then questioned her.Why would you send out an email claiming to have a big sale for the weekend? If it is almost the same thing as the normal price. I asked for the owner. He agreed with her claiming he would lose money at that price. Which I highly doubt. Regardless, why would you send an email saying I would get 20% of when in all reality it's like an additional 2%. Just a scammer, in my opinion. Last time, I also saw outdated merchandise on the shelves. Which I pointed out, and they did remove. I also saw another person buying beef jerky that they didn't give the in store discount to. He didn't seem to have knowledge about it. Instead of Christmas cookie tins or boxed chocolates for our family and friends we decided to do something different this year and purchased jerky gift boxes instead. Ken was super awesome and delivered the order to our house on his way home. The packaging looked great, the product was put together nicely and, most importantly, offered a great assortment of jerky inside! We were so thrilled we ended up placing another order a few days later and received the same awesome service and product as we did the first time.
