As a women of a certain age I was not welcomed. I observed the clerk give my less than stylish footwear a disgusted sideways stare. As she waited on another customer she asked what I was looking for and quickly snapped back that the were sold out of my size “and breathed as sigh of relief that one who dared to wear knee high hose and plain floats was to be quickly out of her shop.” No worries I will never grace that doorstep again.
